Re: Printing Mistakes in Mediclaim Beneficiary Certificates
 
For the certificates, distributed, having printing errors and do not match to the family details with HR as on 31.03.2010 shall be corrected and sent again with corrections.
 
Meanwhile please note that the coverage will persist as per the family details available with HR as on 31.03.2010 (coverage – 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2011) and the monthly inclusions thereafter and henceforth.
 
May please support by avoiding communications (through Mail, Calls, etc) in respect of the printing errors till the corrected certificates being acknowledged and since the coverage is already under existence.
 
Regarding the claims – Claims shall be registered under the Policy no. 1503302812000027 with Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. as per prevailing practices for more information may also log to Postmaster
