sir u also need to be smooth while speaking to SCL staff. u also need to learn how to talk

security to apna kam kar rahi hai, Hum sab ko system sudharane ke liye security ko comments ke badale thans bolana chahiye.
Always be polite but strict.using harsh words or showing rough behavior will only increase the blood pressure.This is for all of us.
yeah,it's true .being rough can be good for a couple of time but not for long time.SG's need to be polite.after all the are talking with shree staff members not from any bullshit's or somethings.we can't expect these kinds of army behaviour from gaurds.

WE SHOULD BE POLITE BUT STRICT JUST LIKE AIR-HOSTESS.THEY TIE-UP THE HANDS OF A PASSENGER IN CASE OF MIS-BEHAVIOUR WITH SMILING FACE.

Neutron ne Prakrati ka niyam bataya tha ki Gatisheel vastu gati sheel rahana chahati hai or sthir vastu sthir rahana chahati hai Aur Yahi Niyam kisi bhi tarah ka sudhar karne ke liye uthane per lagu hota hai aur knyoki S/guard isame direct involve hota hai isliye use yah dimag me rakhkar ki nayee adat dalne me kuchh staff member ko taklif ho sakti hai isliye usako aur zyada patient rakhne ki zarurat zaroor hai.
Paruntu hum Staff walno ko bhi ye sakaratamak soch rankhe ki zarurat hai ki security wale jo bhi kar rahe hnh usame kisi bhee roop me hamara hi bhala hai aur hum bhi unaka respect kare aur sahyog kare to sayad aisi nobat hi nanhi ayegi.Udahran ke liye no.2,3,8 wale sajjano ne jo comment likhe hanh unake tarike se kya kisi ke bhi dil ko thes nanhi panhuchegi Agar isi lenguage me wapis wo bhi jawab dete to vivad hi badhata.
