Re: Printing Mistakes in Mediclaim Beneficiary Certificates
For the certificates, distributed, having printing errors and do not match to the family details with HR as on 31.03.2010 shall be corrected and sent again with corrections.
Meanwhile please note that the coverage will persist as per the family details available with HR as on 31.03.2010 (coverage – 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2011) and the monthly inclusions thereafter and henceforth.
May please support by avoiding communications (through Mail, Calls, etc) in respect of the printing errors till the corrected certificates being acknowledged and since the coverage is already under existence.
Regarding the claims – Claims shall be registered under the Policy no. 1503302812000027 with Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. as per prevailing practices for more information may also log to Postmaster

SAFETY DAY MEET-- 02 AUG 2010
1. The Attendance on last Safety Day was very less. We all need to understand the importance of Safety Day and respect the same
2. In view of the above, all are requested to attend the Safety Day on 02 August 2010
3. Following actions are being initiated by the Security Section on 02 Aug 2010:-
a. No entry post 8.30 A.M. The gate will be closed at both the ends
b. Thereafter the gates will open post 12.30 P.M only
c. No one will be permitted to move to the offices. Every one is requested to first attend the meeting and thereafter move to the offices
d. Security Branch will find a method of taking the attendance and prepare a list of absentees. The list will be put up at the highest level
e. Marking of attendance vide Time Memo on 02 Aug would be discussed with Time Office
4. All are humbly requested to attend the Safety Day Meet on 02 Aug 2010

1. Last few days we have tightened our security
2. In the enthusiasm of implementing a few security instructions, the SGs have been a little harsh in speaking to the staff members
3. We are sorry for the same. We are educating the Security Staff to be respectful and yet be very firm
