As per agenda of Shree Youth Club we would be publishing quarterly newsletter. For this articles from all corners are invited, irrespective of their subject including slogan, poem, motivational stories etc.

CIRCULAR
As per enclosed list, the staff members at Bangur City, Ras are hereby advised to collect their uniforms from Stores Dept. during the following timings:-
| Dates of distribution | 08 th to 10 th March, 2010 |
| Timings | 01.00 PM to 03.00 PM |
Staff members are advised to carry their identity card while collecting the uniform.
Uniforms for new employees (i.e. EC 10522 onwards) will be got stitched locally later on.

Concerned staff members are hereby advised to collect their uniforms from Stores Dept. during the following timings :

Enclosing herewith statement showing the name of employees who have submitted conveyance bills with amount as well as who have not submitted conveyance bills till date.
All are requested to verify your name in the list. If the conveyance bills have not been submitted till date, please submit the same positively by 10th March, so that the same can be considered in final tax working otherwise same will not be entertained as we have to submit the details for TDS deduction to Taxation Deptt.
