ERP "Sustainability" is really value added project for SCL. In real sense ERP means integration of all departments & their functionalities. If SCL wants to utilize full use of ERP "Oracle" then HR should arrange computer proficiency at all levels and there should not be any shame in anybody in attending these training schedules. Once we will start using Oracle we will realize our work activities will reduce and we will be able to perform our work more efficiently and effectively.
