-Quality comparision

-Landed cost calculations (including freight)in each comparision

-Reminder letters to Enquiry / Purchase Orders

-Contact information of supplier at a glance with each field sothat wastage to time can be avoided.

-Auto generation of various types of Periodic letters to suppliers

-Various MIS / other reports should be as per the formats specified by the management only or it should be convertable with Microsoft Excel.

-Seperatation of Order/Indent Amendment, Cancellation, Deferred/hold to review etc.

-Complete processing of requirement should be quantity based only to avoid duplicasy.

-Cancellation/reduction of any requirement at any level before despatch.

I think ERP package should be just one Klick to find the status of any requirement at a glance.
